We spent Christmas in Greenville with Mark's family. On Christmas Eve, the neighbors come over and we sing carols with accompanying violins. It is a wonderful tradition!
Christmas morning was exciting for everyone - the kids couldn't wait to see what Santa had delivered, and neither could Mark and I!

LaGrange Wedding
This weekend was Dean and Phil's wedding weekend. It was so wonderful to see them (after way too long!) and visit with their families. I have visited LaGrange on several occasions, but it was the first visit for Mark and my parents. Plus, we were able to visit with a lot of our long-time Wake Forest friends!

GreenBuild
This week I flew up to Boston for the annual GreenBuild Conference. It was 3.5 days of learning, exploring and listening to several wonderful speakers. For instance, Rick Fedrizzi, President & CEO of USGBC and E. O. Wilson, who, among many titles, wrote The Diversity of Life.
After the conference ended on Friday, I toured around Boston with a few friends from my old job in DC.
